Frequently asked questions

How many dogs can you walk at once?

We only do private dog walks, or siblings from the same home together. We will never walk another pet owners dog with yours.

My cat needs to go to the vet. Can you take her?

Absolutely, we'd be happy to assist with your pet needs in any way possible. Our Pet Taxi allows us to assist!

Do you have experience with rare or exotic pets?

Yes! We provide care for a wide range of pocket pets, exotics, reptiles and birds.

Are you licensed, bonded and insured?


Is there a walk minimum per week?

No! We are always happy to assist in any way possible.

Can I stop my service at any time?

Yes! You can cancel your service at any time.

What are your support hours?

Our office hours of operation are Monday-Friday 9am-5:30pm, not including holidays. Email us for any support issues:

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel a walk or other service up to 9am the day of service. Kindly give us notice or else the walk/service cancellation fee will be $10.

What is your service area?

We Let the Dogs Out 4 You pet sitting company is available in Bristow, Gainesville, Haymarket, Manassas, Nokesville and surrounding areas.

When do I pay?

We ask for payment up front. The day the service starts, payment is due. You may pay online via the online booking system. Or if you prefer, you can pay in person by check or cash or via PayPal. Contact or 703-856-7463 if you have any issues completing payments.

How do I pay?

We accept all major credit cards, checks, cash, PayPal, and are willing to work with you to meet your needs.

Is my dog walker experienced & timely?

Yes! We only hire walkers that have experience in caring for dogs. Our walkers are knowledgeable, dependable, and very passionate about all the pets. They understand the importance of being timely and taking care of your pet at the scheduled time.

Does the same walker come every time?

Our goal is to always pair your dog with the same walker.

Can I meet my walker before walks start?

Yes! You can either meet your walker with a quick phone chat or in-person.

Are you available over the holidays?

We are available for all services including dog walks on the following days for $10 extra per visit: ALL FEDERAL HOLIDAYS and others - Martin Luther King Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, the day after Thanksgiving. Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, the day after Christmas. New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, the day after New Years
